Quality Biomedical Inc. has expanded its footprint with the acquisition of M&M Medical Equipment Repair, a Pennsylvania-based independent service organization with close to four decades of experience in biomedical equipment repair.
The deal continues a broader trend of consolidation among third-party service providers in the HTM space, as larger ISOs look to grow their geographic reach and technical capacity by absorbing established regional players.
